Easter

We had a pretty low key Easter this year. Since Jax isn't quite old enough to care about holiday things, we didn't color eggs or anything. However, I can't wait until next year when he is into it, because I absolutely love holiday traditions. And James will just have to grin and bear them with us :) On Saturday we had the annual Easter egg hunt and my parents, and celebrated Daxten and grandma's birthday. I did terrible at taking pictures, but I just wanted to play with Jaxson and enjoy his first egg hunt with him. Sunday was just a low key day with our little family. We slept and ate a lot. A perfect way to remember the reason for the "holiday".

He picked up what he was supposed to do pretty quickly. James and I kind of claimed a little corner with 5 or so eggs in it and just let Jax get all of them while the bigger kids conquered the rest of the yard

Happy birthday sweet boy, we love you!
